Brief Answer:
Take pain killers and be vigilant

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Burning over back may be due to some muscle spasm or radiculopathy.
You should take pain killers with muscle relaxant like etoricoxib or Aceclofenac with thiocholchicoside or tizanidine.
You can also apply local pain reliever ointment.
Is there any skin eruption, sensation loss, urinary complains.
One possibility of herpes zoster should be kept if symptoms are unilateral as initially it presents with pain only and later on skin eruptions.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
