Question : On my upper left of my back , left shoulder blade almost behind my heart i havs a feeling that there is a hot heat back on in...almost burning on the inside?

After going through the details provided by you I would like to tell you that your symptoms doesn't points towards a cardiac etiology but more towards a gastric or acidity issue.

However to be on the sure side I would like to advise you to get one ECG and ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY done to rule out any underlying cardiac abnormality.

I just went to a medical centre and the dr looked at my shoulder, listened to my chest and then said " i dont know what it is" then said keep an eye on it.
Should i go to a different dr?
