Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.
Unfortunately it is difficult to know in details especially when you have no direct access to the patient. I informed you that nutritional cause is most common etiology and that is now remote possibility as you are already on supplements.
In view of the recent information I will request you to ask your doctor to prescribe lyrica 75 mg BD for the current problem. I am hopeful that both abnormal sensation as well as subsequent doomed feeling can be controlled to a great extent with lyrica.
I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards.

I have had a thought. My neck makes a lot of sounds. Crunching popping grinding and others. Could the burning sensation be coming from a pinched nerve somewhere in my neck. They have been treating me for panic attacks. My main concern is the feeling of doom and something disastrous is about to happen. How can I get that to stop?
Brief Answer:
Cervical spine MRI is arranted
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thanks for reverting back to me.
Crunching, popping and grinding sign indicate that there may be some dislocation and probably same is pressing on adjacent nerves leading to abnormal sensation.
In view of this I feel you need to go for MRI of cervical spine along with brain as there is possibility of degenerative changes.
I hope this helps you further.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
