Question: Ok. I have burning in my vagina, swollen lymph nodes, feel achy and have low energy. Over all I feel poor

I think you are giving a description of an ongoing infectious process. the nature of it and cause is not known without further details. As you have a source from your boy friend, it should be tested.
generally focus seems to be in vagina, so could be STD, or via urine or low immunity causing local organism flaring up.
You need a course of antibiotics. Besides loads of rest, lots of fluids you need to refrain from intercourse as well. You can take cranberry juice and ibuprofen for general aches.
