Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day

Dear XXXX

It would more likely suggest the possibility of Fibromyalgia. It is associated with pain or Paraesthesia at particular point and then being diffuse or generalised. It is usually self limiting. There is nothing to be bothered if the Diabetis is well under control.

If the following criteria are fulfilled there is no cause for concern

1. Absence of shooting pain in back and thigh, pins and needed sensation especially in toes , lower backache ( possibility of disc prolapse needs to be ruled out if any of these is present)

2. No other significant medical history

I would suggest you the following

1. Continue Vitamin B 12 and multivitamin supplements
2. Do Include Thiamine (Vitamin B1 ) in the multivitamin combination
3. Ensure adequate intake of water
4. Dietary supplement with Potassium containing food will be helpful

Wishing you a very happy and healthy life

Take care

i got the results for the blood and urine test. The liver and bladder is perfectly ok. i still have the mid tingly pain that comes and goes. I do get stressed out about small things. I have problem sleeping continuously for 7 to 8 hours. i get up few times in between and go back to sleep after 30 to 45 minutes.

thanks
