What Causes Burning Sensation In Toes With Fluid Filled Blisters While Treating IgA Nephropathy?

Question : Hi, i have IgA Nephropathy, diagnosed in March this year. My last tests [done every 2 months] show my GFR at 21, down from 28 in March. A couple of days ago i noticed a burning discomfort in the tip of one toe. Since then all the toes on my left foot are burning and have developed clear fluid filled blisters on the tips of every one of them, and also on one toe on my right foot. I thought at first it was from high heels i had worn Friday night, but the shoes didn't touch anywhere near where most of the blisters are. the skin is very sensitive, doesn't want anything touching it and the blisters are getting bigger. I have drained all of them a few times now and i am soaking my feet in warm salt water at least a couple of times a day. One spot on my big toe, part of a big blister has now also started seeping a whitish/yellowish pus. What should i do?

Hello
Thanks for the query
I understand that you are developing blisters over the foot and there might be no apparent cause for it. However in order to help you I need a few more details
1. Please mention the tablets you are on for IgA nephropathy
2. Were you taking steroids at any point for IgA nephropathy
3. If you could attach a photo of the blisters I would be great
4. Did you at any point have fever?
Please get back to me, I am awaiting your reply
