Question : I am having burning sensation at innermost part of noise since 20 days. At morning I am having running nose. Along with medicine please also suggest me do's and dont's and some home medicine/treatment.

I suggest you cetrizine 5 mg once a day before bed for 5 days.

Nasoclear nasal saline drops, instill 2 drops in each nostril as many as times per day.
Steam inhalation twice a day.
Do not exposure to cold weather and dust.
Do not eat cold food and drink beverages.

If you will not feel better after 5 days then I suggest you visit An ENT doctor for clinical examination and to rule out possibility like allergic rhinitis.

Thanks doctor for suggestion, I hope cetrizine 5 mg will not obstruct my wake-up time and make feel doziness throughout the day.
