Brief Answer:
Please visit a physician and get some tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi there..

Thanks for writing in..

There are many possibilities that come to my mind... like neuropathy, anxiety, migraine, trigeminal neuralgia etc.

I would advise you to visit a physician and get your blood pressure, blood sugars, hemoglobin, thyroid levels, vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels checked. If your symptoms are due to abnormalities in the above values, it can be treated accordingly.

I would also advise you to do regular exercise 30 minutes a day 5 days a week.Exercise in the mornings or late afternoons might help you sleep better at night and also relieve anxiety.

Hope this helps.
