Detailed Answer:
I warmly Welcome you!

Thanks for consulting me at virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize health worries, you mentioned. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.

It looks like an acute allergic skin reaction and is treatable. I has many causes:
*Reuse of used razor, and sometimes a razor that has touch something that's noxious stimulant for the skin.
*The aftershave lotion sometimes causes such reaction due to already much shaved area.
*Shaving the skin in opposite direction to the natural line of hair growth on face causes irritation of skin
* 5 or 3 blade razors cause much of this problem. I have clinically proven that if I put them on traditional single blade razor, the problem relieved much.
*Hot water rinsing of the razor causes irritation to skin. Use cool tap water for rinsing during shaving process.

I usually recommend using BETAMETHASONE DIPROPIONATE LOTION, 0.05% twice daily to apply on affected area (not eyes). If eyes are still burning and feel blurry, you may use Femicone eye drops, 2 drops in each eye 3times a day for 5days. prescription may be needed from a physician because its not OTC.
Plus FEXOFENADINE 120 mg twice daily per oral for 5 days. Tylenol 1 per oral twice daily for 3 days. It will reduce inflammation and soothe the skin too.
Normal tap water cold sponging of the skin soothes it.
