Brief Answer:
suspected bruxism
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for writing in.
Do you feel ony burning sensation or a kind of heavyness also?
Do feel more when you wake up?
It can be a case of bruxism.
Bruxism can be related to stress.
Burning sensation on cheek and buccal mucosa can be due to vitamin deficiency also.
I would advice you to live a stress free life and notice for the symptoms i mentioned.
Meanwhile take a good vitamin supplement and wait for a week.mostly the symptoms will resolve in a couple of weeks.if it doesnt i would advice you to visit a dentist.
Hope this answer helps.if you have any further queries feel free to ask.
