Question: Hi I have a terrible burning sensation down the front of both my legs below the knees. I have had it now for a week or so it is starting to really annoy me. Regards Lorraine

I have read your query.

From your history, it seems that arthritis of your knee joint starts developing also pain may be due to irritation of nerve supplying that area. So you take 1 tab pregabalin at night and 1tab aceclofenac + serratiopeptidase three times a day.

Try to avoid squatting and upstairs as much as you can.
