I had unprotected sex about 8 days ago and now my penis head is really irritated and burning.I am enclosing of pic of affected area.I have no blisters and just small bumps resembling follicitis or yeast infection.I wore underwear out of the dryer that were still damp as i was running late to work and had friction all day on penis tip.Just another possible condition like folliciitis or yeast infection or balantis?
I really hope this isnt herpes. This infection is burning off and on and whole tip of penis is very red.i went to immediate care physician yesterday and they prescribed antibiotics and drew some blood and took urine test. They ruled out uti at least common form they test for and waiting for test results of herpes, chahymidia, syphyllis and gonnorrea.
I appreciate your help.No discharge from penis at all yet.Slight uncomfortable feeling when urinating. Not too bad though.

Brief Answer:
Baanitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to Healthcaremagic,

It looks like balanitis from clinical picture.
Local application of steroid+antifungal cream will suffice.
Lets wait for blood and urine results to come up and get back to us.
Thanks
