What Causes Burning Sensation On Penis While Urination?

Question: DURING SEX I BENT THE TIP OF MY PENIS AGAINST HER THIGH WHILE THURSTING IN, SINCE THEN IT BURNS BADLY WHEN I URINATE
ALSO RED PIMPLE LOOKING BUMPS HAVE FORMED ON MY SHAFT WHICH 4 ARE ALMOST IN LINE WITH EACH OTHER AND TWO ON THE OTHER SIDE OF MY SHAFT.
UNPROTECTED SEX, BUT ME AND MY PARTNER ARE CLEAN AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN STD FREE. LAST CHECK UP 6 MONTHS AGO

PLEASE HELP!!!

First of all thanks for choosing Healthcaremagic for posting your query.

There are two problems here .

1. Burning while passing urine.
2. Bumps over Penis.

Coming to first problem it could be either due to an urine infection or it could be due to trauma to urethra ( Penile urethra-- is a tube like structure through which urine passes ). A simple way to differentiate these two conditions is to get a Urine routine test done . This test will detect if there any urine infection or not . If no urine infection then you need to get other test which I shall advise later.

Coming to your second Problem , I know that you both are clean and has been tested for STDs 6 months back but still I would suspect STD first and would recommend to get tested for it . Only if it comes clean we could consider other possibilities like Non Sexually transmitted Infections.

In that case you can wait for few more days and the bumps may fade off by itself . But if it persists you need to start Antibiotic therapy preferably Doxycycline. You need to consult your doctor for the prescription.

I understand the first one, but since the bumps started forming and they seem to be multiplying it through me through a loop.

ok so since they are spreading and I am unable to see the urology department until next week, what can I do in the meantime to prevent the spreading and what can I do on my own to treat it?

Try to consult a general practitioner at least.

HI

If it is increasing in number then you need to be started on Antibiotic course. If you can't meet an Urologist at least try to consult a general practitioner and ask for Doxyclcline Prescription.

If that is also not possible then wash those lumps with cotton soaked in warm water mixed with few drops of Dettol/salvon / Betadine solution 3-4 times a day.
Avoid touching it with bare hands . Use clean undergarments . If you can get Turmeric powder or paste apply it .

I've never had any type of STD before, from your professional opinion, what do you think I have if it is an STD? I am trying to stay somewhat calm about this, but now I have to question is my girl friend doing shit behind my back or whatever it may be or however it occurred, she had a sore inside of her mount directly in the middle of her lip on the inside shortly after giving me oral during the same time frame all of this occurred. Any further information would be greatly appreciated.
Can you rule out what it is not in STD's and give me what possibly might be the STD if that is what it is.

First of all before commenting on your girl friend's character let us confirm that it is STD.

Among STD I suspect infection like Gonorrhoea, Herpes, Chanchroid or Syphilis. You need to test for these . NO need to test for HIV or Hepatitis B , C as they will not cause such lumps.

They gave me the doxycycline hyclate 100mg
but now these non itchy spots seem to be itchy, spreading and my whole body itches. Could this be scabies? If so what can I do from home to treat them? I do not have medical insurance and the doxy script cost me almost 200.00

They also did a STD test and I am waiting on the answer (doctors said it did not look like an STD but would not say scabies

HI Welcome back .

Very sorry to know that Doxy is not working for you and the rashes are spreading .

As of Scabies is concerned , my first opinion is still not of scabies but I will not tell that it cannot be scabies either . Scabies is a highly contagious infection . If at all you are having Scabies then your girlfriend should also be having such lumps on her genitalia . Just ask her about that , if it is present then the chances of scabies is high but if its not then the chances are low .

Very sorry to say that there is no home remedies for scabies . The best what you can do is wash all your clothes , bed sheets , pillow covers in hot water .

The treatment for scabies is Permethrin cream application . If at least you can get a prescription of this you can use it all over the body leave it for a day and take bath .

But lets wait for the STD reports to come and then decide regarding scabies. You can apply calamine lotion for the time being , that will give you some relief.

Don't forget to check with your girlfriend.
