Brief Answer:
Investigations normal, need to be examined

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have gone through your present as well as your previous reports and the pictures.
You surely have a fungal infection called tinea over the groin region which needs to be treated as advised earlier.
Now in addition to the infection, you also have burning sensation over the body which according to me is not seemingly related to your genital problem. The treatment advised earlier should help you in healing of the groin problem. I have seen the investigations which are all within normal limit. You do not have a urine infection or any std like chlamydia or gonorrhoea which is quite assuring.
Now as far as the burning sensation is concerned, since you do not have any visible skin lesions over the rest of body but still you have this uncomfortable sensation, I think you need to be examined personally by a dermatologist so as to check your complete body for any signs of any infection.
Sometimes herpetic pain can present in this manner. Such pains can be skin related or it can be due to other problems like nerve related.
You can continue the treatment for genital infection as told. I would assure you that it is not a std, so you need not worry about that.
You should see a nearby dermatologist in person as soon as possible for complete assessment and diagnosis of the problem.
