Brief Answer:
It can be corneal healing problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history and the previous question you had posted to me on Health care Magic.
It seems from the history that you are having burning sensation in the eye with a previous history of corneal injury three months ago.
This can be because of corneal healing problem and persistent corneal epithelial defect.
This needs to be treated by the use of artificial tears eye drops and antiinflammatory drugs.
I would have treated this condition by the use of artificial tears eye drops.
If the symptoms does not resolve secondary infection needs to be ruled out.
If the symptoms does not show improvement you need to consult your ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
