Question : I was taking Prilosec RX and now have skin burning. I am 78 yrs old and would like to know how to treat

If the skin burning has appeared after you started Prilosec, we can assume that this is an allergic reaction to this medicine. If so, the best you can do is to switch it to other PPI like Pantoprazole or Esomeprazole.
You may also start Loratodine intake which is antiallergic medicine and should help as well.
