Brief Answer:
many causes, take vitamins and remove the underlying cause.

Detailed Answer:
welcome
i understood your query.

the condition occurs after eating or drinking something that is too hot. you may experience a burning sensation on your tongue without having burned it. This condition is called burning tongue syndrome.

Postmenopausal women are at an increased risk for developing burning tongue syndrome. This may be related to a reduction in their estrogen levels. This hormonal change causes a decline in the sensitivity of taste buds.
other causes can be vitamin deficiency , dentures or stress etc...

i suggest: To avoid infection and reduce pain

Rinse the area well with cool water for a few minutes.
Remove any dirt or particles.
Suck on ice chips to soothe the pain.
Gargle with cool water .
Avoid warm or hot liquids, which could irritate the tongue
Take vitamin b complex for vitamin deficiency and avoid stress.
take antacid before meal to avoid acidic symptoms due to reflux of food.

hope you are satisfied
thanks
