What Causes Burning Sensation On Tip Of Penis And On Surface Of The Anus?

I'm a 32 year old male suffering from a slight burning sensation in the tip of my penis and also a slight burning sensation on the surface of my anus. Also frequent urination. This has been going on for almost 10 years. All 3 symptoms come on all at once And usually last a month or so before going away on there own. I've been to countless walk-in doctors and emergency rooms over the years and tested negative for uti and all std's across the board every time. I'm usually sent home with antibiotics that don't help the symptoms and a vague explanation like "dermatitis"
The more I read on medical forums I feel like this could be a problem with my prostate. I seem to get relief when I stand up. Do men in their early 20's get these types of prostate issues that follow them all their lives? Any advice would be appreciated.
This is not related to the prostate!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about these long standing symptoms that you have reported. I have reviewed the information and for sure this has nothing to do with the prostate. The anal and urethral openings rarely have symptoms that are caused by the same medical condition. This is also not an infection. There is no infection that would last 10years and present in cycles. At least, you would have noticed complication related to this that would have helped opened the doors to its cause. The numerous testing should have also come up with a positive finding somehow already if that were the case.
I am of the thinking that there is some sort of abnormal perception of sensory stimuli at these two orifices. For over 10years nothing has changed. There is no need to try countless medications for this. Coping with this abnormal sensations in these orifices would provide the best way forward. No medical text has described a possible cause of these symptoms and no matter how much investigations are done, nothing great would be obtained.
In all, this is linked to abnormal sensory perception and not an infection. There is no magic pill to this other than accepting and learning how to consciously address the symptoms when they occur. There is no risk of future complications from this and it is not related to a prostate pathology.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. .Thank you so much for using our services and please feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
