Question : I am having a burning in the left side under my ribs, I am constipated and vomited yesterday

I have read your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms looks like that of gastritis to me. I would suggest that you start on a ppi tablet like pantaprazole or omeprazole along with a gastroprokinetic like levosulpride to take care of your vomiting and constipation. But for the prescription you need to see your local doctor.

Also you need to avoid tea, coffee, soda drinks and spicy foods. Eat more of fresh curds and high fiber diet like oats and fruits.
