Brief Answer:
GERD

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

As this burning sensation is caused by eating or drinking, for sure digestive tract is the problem. Most probable part of it which is giving such sensation is esophagus or stomach. However in some cases gallbladder can also give such symptoms.
You should have some nausea with this issue. Cough or throat pain can be also present.
Chest burning is usually caused by GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease). If you have had heart burn for quite long time in the past, there might be some inflammation of the esophagus or even more serious issues (Barrets esophagus, cancer).
That is why I suggest you to consult gastroenterologist and consider gastroscopy.
In a meanwhile you should avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, coffee, alcohol, chocolate, orange juices.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
