Question : Hello doctor, This is for my mom-in-law. She is diabetic for last 20 yrs. Her creatine level is 5. She is having burning sensation while passing urine. she had blood in her urine.Whatever she eats, she was vomiting and she is very weak. I have attached her blood work and scan report. Please advise.

She has Urinary Tract Infection along with ketones in urine.
I suppose this should be taken seriously and treatment should not be attempted at home.
You would need to admit her with her blood sugar monitoring, insulin, antibiotics, fluids.
