                                    Brief Answer:
May mean urethritis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Burning while urination may suggest urethritis. It can either be due to infection of the urinary tract or an inflammation in the urethra.
It can cause some itching of the skin that is coming in its contact. Otherwise itching of the skin can be from dryness or fungal infection.
I would suggest the following:
- Get a complete urine examination done to find the cause
- For itching of skin, if it is persistent and bad, then you can try hydrocortisone 0.1% ointment to be applied two times a day or as needed for 3 - 5 days after consultation with a doctor.
Hope it helps.

                                    Brief Answer:
Please go for urinalysis
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I would advise you to go for urinalysis before you take any medicine. You have to confirm that you have infection.
In the meanwhile:
- drink lots of clean water, minimum, of 3 to 4lts per day.
- citralka contains sodium citrate, normal dosage for adults is 2 tsp 4t imes daily, don't take for more than 2 weeks.
- you may need antibiotics if your suffering from infection of urinary tract. The usual antibiotic that I prescribe is nitrofurantoin or ciprofloxacin but it has to be taken according to culture and sensitivity report.
Take care
