Question : hi doctor... from last six days i feel some kind of pricking like pain while urinating . whenever i urinate i feel this and the pain is more during the last two three drops. but i didnt feel the same while masturbating. also i noticed that my tip of the penis is always wet. Also i want to know some thing, i visited thailand last week . though i had protected sex i feel whether i got infected from HIV. can you please help me on this doctor

Based on the symptoms it appears like that you may be suffering from urinary tract infection. I don't think you have HIV.
UTI can be diagnosed by urinalysis. I would have suggested you to drink plenty of water and drink cranberry juice which is beneficial.

I would have treated you with norflox 400 mg taken twice daily for three days and would have asked you to review after week. Please consult your doctor and request a prescription for the same.
