Brief Answer:
Emergency

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Sensori motor weakness ( Numbness, tingling and weakness) on both the sides of the body is usually secondary to spinal involvement. Since you are giving the history which involves almost the entire left and ride side of your body then it is most likely to be at the cervical level.
This is an emergency, I would like to you approach the emergency room immediately for a CT spine. The early you go, the better it is as early intervention always causes lesser deficits.

I also suggest the following

1. Do not engage in any physical activities especially lifting, bending, walking on the stairs
2. Please do not be alone until you reach the ER
3. Do not drive yourself to the ER
4. Watch out for giddiness
5. Watch out for increasing numbness and weakness

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
