Brief Answer: Thrush- White coating- do not worry. Detailed Answer: Hi. If you are taking Trazdone for quite a long time, it may not cause the problem you have mentioned. Thrush on tongue in adults will have a thick white coating, which can be partially removed to see the reddened base. This will also be present in oral mucosa. You may not be suffering form thrush as you have only '' feeling of roughness'' and it is not painful. So just relax. This may get alright by its own in a few days time as body heals all the lesions unless there is an underlying problem. If you still have doubts , you may please post the actual photographs along with this query. ( we have got this facility) And/ or consult a oral surgeon, in case you are really bothered - just to make you relaxed more by actual examination by a Doctor. Regards
