Question: When I burp my stomach and throat feel cold, I have ibs and acid reflux

Having a cold sensation in your abdomen and throat is not a typical symptom of gall bladder disease. Is it a burning type of sensation? You can try Zantac 150 mg twice a day for 5 days to see if it makes a difference. If it does, continue for 4-6 weeks as this may be acid reflux.

More typical gall bladder symptoms are pain in the area below your right rib cage after eating, and nausea and indigestion, sometimes clay colored stools and dark urine or fatty frothy stools.

So I wouldn't make too much of the cold sensation, but try Zantac and see if it helps.
