                                    Brief Answer:
Possible hiatus hernia
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
You may have hiatus hernia and you need to do gastroscopy to rule out this and some other possible causes such as esophagitis or GERD.
You should also eat smaller meals but more frequent, avoid food that bloats, fried food, chocolate, alcohol and coffee.
Eat milk products, boiled and bland and also vegetables. Avoid immediately lying down after meal.
Cap PANTOPRAZOLE 40 mg Once Daily before breakfast will provide relief..
If there is no improvement then you should see Gastroenterologist at the earliest..
Wish you good health.
Regards
