Brief Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX not much to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi
welcome to HCM
thank you for your query
I understand your concern
Well your endoscopy report shows some mild swelling in first part of small intestine which is fairly common and not much to worry at all and likely to get resolved with the medications that you are receiving.
Also, backache is not explained on this it may need further evaluation with opinion of a spine specialist and then to decide on further course of action which might include an MRI. Backache could be muscular or some mild disc swelling which can be detected with an MRI.
For your burping and other symptoms can try following things in addition to medications:-
-Eat on time
-Go for a walk
-Exercise regularly
-Ensure proper eating time
-Avoid sleeping two hours after meals
-Ensure adequate 7 hrs sleep
-Avoid stress
The cause of your tummy symptoms look more like a sensitive stomach than any major illness so need not worry.
All this will help you in the long run
Hope this answers your questions
Wish you a speedy recovery
Best wishes

Brief Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for your query.
Well the backache does not look related to your gas problem it possibly could be disc related or muscular.
You can take those medications for a month and then will have to reduce dosages.
Meanwhile the lifestyle modification I have suggested is of utmost importance
Best wishes
