What Causes Buzzing In Ears?

It's driving mr crazy.
eustachian tube dysfunction
Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam,
From your symptoms I feel that you have eustachian tube dysfunction.
The eustachian tube connects the nose to the ear. It is responsible for mainataining middle ear pressure. Block of this tube results in buzzing sound in the ear, hearing loss and pain in the ear.
Block can happen due to infections or allergies.
You will need complete ENT examination to know whether it is block or allergy, so please see an ENT specialist.
Till then you can instill decongestant nose drops like otrivin.
These drops decongest the eustachian tube thereby maintaining the middle ear pressure. Instill 3 drops in ear nostril 3 times a day for 6 days and follow it up with steam inhalation.
Chewing gum also improves the functioning of the tube.
You can also do the valsalve exercise to uncolg the tube. The details of the exercise can be found on Youtube.
Drink lots of water and avoid air conditioning.
