Brief Answer:
Tinnitus is a symptom of various causes...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

Buzzing in the ears, also known as tinnitus is due to various causes. To mention a few:
1. Eustachian tube (the tube connecting nose and the ear) block
2. Recurrent sinusitis
3. Fluid in the middle ear
4. Inner ear injury
5. Fixation of the middle ear bones
6. Ear wax
7. Perforation of the ear drum, etc.

I would suggest you to get the ears examined by a good ENT specialist. You may require the audiological investigations to diagnose the cause.

Meanwhile, continue with the medicines for sinusitis. Do steam inhalation 2-3 times a day, drink plenty of warm water and avoid smoking/chilled food and beverages/coffee.

Hope I have answered your query; I will be available for the follow-up queries.
