Brief Answer:
Do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to health care magic,

I am Dr Sriram Nathan an ENT Surgeon who will try to help you out with your problem.

You must first relax and do not worry as buzzing sound in the ear is very common and in all probability it will go away and you will be back to normal.

However it is better to be prepared so you must take these into consideration:

-make sure that you do not have any severe giddiness, If you do feel very giddy and you are not able to balance or walk then you must consult an ER immediately so that the giddiness can be controlled. You must understand that giddiness as such will not cause any major problems but the secondary problems due to giddiness should be avoided.

-Make sure your general parameters such as blood pressure and blood sugars are normal. You can get these tested either at home or any nearby clinic and if these are normal then you have nothing to worry about.

-Try steam inhalation with menthol or any other vaporiser and see if the pain gets better. If yes then it must be just a congested sinuses and you can continue doing the same for a couple of days for complete relief.

-Finally it goes without saying that if your buzzing increases and you develop increased symptoms like giddiness, hearing loss and severe pain then you must consult your ENT as soon as possible.

Hope this helps and if you have any more doubts you can always get back to me and I will be more than happy to help you out but remember to not to worry.

regards
