Brief Answer:
you need to change your shoes

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and Images sent by you. Callosities are mainly due to wrong foot wear or barefoot walking. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Change your foot wear, Readymade silicone insole available that you can use as insert in your shoes.
2.Avoid walking barefoot.
3.Keeping your both feet 20 minutes twice daily in bucket for one months is helpful.
4.Get an X ray done, If this callosity persists after one month as some time this is due to calcaneal spur.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
