Question : Hello,i`ve posted questions in this forum before asking about my facial changes after an orbital floor and zygomatic fractures reconstructive surgery that i had in the left side of my face.
I saw huge changes to the way i smile, eat and talk after the surgery. The surgery was done like 9 months ago.
So long story short, after these months asking questions and going to the doctors i ended up with the conclusion that my facial bones have been dramatically changed,in a way that they healed more outwards, more upwards and more leftwards(like my whole left side of my face has moves away of the right one)
I have some pictures to show you what i mean exactly. The spots where my smile ends,is probaply where the bone starts.Because when i smile and i touch my face on the normal side,my smile ends where my zygomatic bones starts, and that makes sense,i dont have to be a doctor to find out that your facial expressions are phormized based on your facial bones.
Is there any thing that i can do to improve this asymmetry or i have to stay like this for ever?
I am so depressed i dont even want to talk to people anymore because my face looks weird when i do facial expressions.

Hello
Thanks for the query.
I understand your concern.
Usually surgeries lead to slight deformity but these can be corrected with reconstructive surgery.
Can you please upload a photograph of the involved area.
Its very important for me to see the area in order to give a proper diagnosis.
There is an option to upload photos on right side of query page. Please utilize that. You can also email reports to YYYY@YYYY with subject as attn Dr XXXXXXX Kumar.
Waiting for your response.

Hello
Thanks for the photographs.
I can see there is a slight deviation of mouth. However it is not that obvious.
Just relax. If you want it to be corrected you have to meet a cosmetic surgeon.
There is no medical management available for this.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
