                                    Brief Answer:
different possible causes
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
When the period comes in cycles of less than 21 days, it is called polymenorrhea.
There are different causes for polymenorrhea such as: (1)infections
(2)emotional or physical stress
(3)endometriosis
(4)fibroids
(5)side effect of medication
To determine the cause you would need to consider a review by your doctor. He or she would be able to take careful history which may point to one or the above.
Physical examination to assess the uterus, ovaries would also be needed along with imaging eg ultrasound
The treatment would depend on the cause found.
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

                                    Brief Answer:
not likely related to any significant problem
Detailed Answer:
HI
Sorry about the late reply
Even though your cycle is shorter than what you are normally used to , at 26 days, it would still be considered in the normal range.
It is not likely that this change, because it is 2 days, is due to any significant problem
Please feel free to ask anything else

need pelvic examination
Detailed Answer:

Decreased libido can be related to physical or psychological issues in women.
In terms of physical, the presence of any chronic illness or medication that decreases energy can cause decreased libido
Psychological- stress from home or work environment, depression, relationship issues
In some cases it may be a combination of factors.
Loss of appetite and the decreased libido do indicate that there may be a psychological or emotional aspect.
You may want to consider a food diary to monitor your meals to determine if anything you are using may be contributing to the weight gain
Blood on intercourse should be assessed by your gynaecologist. It can be due to infection, polyps on the cervix or in the uterus, vaginal dryness, changes in the cervix, trauma.
Your doctor can take a look to determine the cause.
If you have no recent papsmear (within last 1 to 2 yrs) then you may need a repeat.
A swab may be done to check for infection if there are any signs/symptoms
IF anything else unclear , feel free to ask
