Question : I have been suffering from chest and back pain for last 4 months. I have undergone cardiology evaluation also and doctors have concluded that this is a musculo skeletal pain. I was given Nexito Plus Tab for 30 days. But I am in constant fear of a heart attack and always think that I am having an attack. This has generated a sense of depression in me. I am 41 years old healthy male. Please help

In case if you still fear a heart attack,inspite of reassuring medical advice and treatment of Nexito Plus,

You require further evaluation to allay your fear.

This further investigations which can accurately rule out heart attack are estimation of cardiac biomarkers/enzymes called Trop T and I.

If these tests are negative ,you can virtually rule out heart attack on any day.

Please note to have this test within 7-10 days of chest pain or early as possible.
