Question : Have had chest cold with deep cough for 3 days, sinus headache , not sleeping well due to cough, lots of nasal drainage

So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
2. Do steam inhalation and warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
3. Take levocetrizine and paracetamol combination twice daily.
4. Avoid hard to chew food.
