Question : Hi Need advice for some chest congestion and body pain .No fever . There is bit of discharge from nose in the mornings .

Homeopathy is has good medicine for the treatment of Chronic Piles and constipation.
We have many patient who are taking medicine for similar complain and they are benefitted after the treatment.
I am suggesting some homeopathic medicine for you and suggest you to start as follows

Aesculus 6 2-3 drops directly on the tongue twice in day
Nitric Acid 200 6 pills one dose
Graphitis 200 6 pills one dose
These medicine are prophylactic. Medicine help to avoid piles problem.

Some time due to mental stress, alcohol, spicy and oily food piles aggravate (Bleeding Piles) then start Rathinia Q 20 drops with half cup of water twice in day. Otherwise no need to take the medicine.
