Question : Hi. I am a 60year old overweight female. Last night I got up and on me way BACK to bed I got dizzy and fell FACE PLANTED. I didn't have time to react by using my arms so thence hit my chin. Ad it felt like I

I feel chest discomfort like its out of RYTHUM. Nauesa . My blood pressure is low 93/81 heart rate is 98.
And I feel very weak. Could this be related to fall?

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

I do not think that the fall is the lond responsible. Judging from your description I would think more along the lines of the fall being a consequence of something else.

By something else I would think in first place of a heart issue. The chest discomfort, low blood pressure, dizziness etc could all be in the setting of a heart issue with the fall being due to insufficient blood supply to the brain because of that.
Another cause could be a metabolic issue such as electrolyte alterations, but less likely.

So I definitely think you should see a doctor, even at the ER, for a check up including at least an EKG some routine blood tests.
