Question: Not sure if you can. I have seen my Dr & after many tests put me on Verapamil. Appeared to do trick however symptom reoccurred. Best way to describe is like I imagine a panic or anxiety attack would be, need to go to toilet, nausea & occasionally sick, cold then a brief reprieve from all and feel normal.

my question is what do you think it could be?
1This has been going on for a few years and could have months in between.
2When these do occur yes I have occasional chest discomfort and aware of my heart beating.
3 no i do not sleep well
4 have had blood tests on thyroid - good and so other blood tests done at the time and have irregular heart beat.
At this stage I cannot get to medical records

Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your reply
Looking at your detailed description, your history is pointing towards heart disease or anxiety disorders

I see patients wit similar complaints in my clinic and I advise them for an ECG and baseline investigations like blood for hemoglobin, CBC and liver function test or thyroid tests if you already have these reports please upload me the report for more conclusive diagnosis

If it rules out the heart disease than you should visit a psychiatrist for counselling and behavioural therapy

In my opinion you need to address the underlying cause for these symptoms.

Hope this answers your question
Please feel free to ask for more calcification I will be happy to help you
Wish you good health
