Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
If you had some recent pulmonary infection or have some pulmonary disease like copd or asthma etc or smoke etc then i suggest you seek a pulmonologist for prescription of antibiotics and pulmonary function assessment.
If no such issue then postures and sleeping habits may explain that.just some skelaxin in that regard.
If you are overweight or has a heartburn issue or gallbladder issue modify diet and lifestyle and use gut friendly diet and some Antispasmodics and antacids.
Anxiety can also do that. Keeping it calm and trying some Nxiolytocs would help.
Get an ekg to be on the safer road.
If all clear then nothing to worry about. You will be fine.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
May the odds be ever in your favour.
