Chest pain is not correlated with juice. It can have a gastric discomfort as a cause triggered by the juice. Age of 18 with no prior history is either anxiety or a gastric discomfort, take some pepto for the relief.

Brief Answer:
Needs work uo and evaluation, Infections likely

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

Coughing up tarry color blood in mucus with chest pain is likely a respiratory tract infection. I want you to take the sputum analysis, blood work up, chest radiograph and stool routine exam. Tarr in stool is likely the swallowed blood in sputum but should be sorted out for the GI cause. You should also know that once or twice episode in blood like or tarry stools may be correlated to some food you recently took like meat, salads, green leafy vegetables or any other food rich in iron etc. Beet roots also give this picture. But gettign it sorted out is wise.

I am afraid you will need work up to localise the cause of this blood as well as to assess and analyse the reports to connect the dots. Respiratory tract infections should be on the top. Stool examination and rectal examination should follow. No worries, whatever it is its benign and easily manageable. You are young and healthy with no prior history, it should not be a problem. Just talk to your internist . let them run some labs and we all will know whats going on.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
