                                            Question : woman 21 y.o.  recently had pylonefritis (1.5 month since smyptom free).
works a physical job. has been feeling like the flue last week. stressfull time as well. but not more than last months.
yesterday went to a spa. Did some swimming and light physical exercise. as well as steam rooms.
did not sleep much tonight (4.5-5 hours)
after work of 5 hours. felt bad. after, had as a quite intense heartache. became less after an hour or more, if it hadnt stopped she would have gone to a hospital. (that was 8 hours ago) now just feeling some discomfort near heart area.
headache today. which is not uncommon.
have long history of thyroid irregularity. and she has since months / a year a very strange coughing reflex where she caughs uncomfortably much several times a day

This is because I think all the symptoms are due to severe acidity. If there is no improvement, she should get her urine examined.
