Question : Chest pain 2 weeks left arm and neck pain been to ER 3 times had ekgs bloof work and chest xray all results fine but they saidni have gas but the pain consists

Most probably chest pain is due to pleural origin.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

The most probable reason for the chest pain could be of pleural origin and the second possibility would be a muscle catch.
I would get a ct chest done for my patients as there are no answers for the cause as yet
I also recommend tab tramadol three times a day for good pain relief
