Question : Hi I've been having come and go chest pains and there's a pulsation like in my stomach for 2 weeks now after smoking meth

Hi XXXXXXX!

Cardiac problems due to drug abuse is a very common problem. This is why I recommend going to ER to exclude life threatening cardiac problems.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do:
- ECG
- Cardiac ECHO
- Stress test
- Chest x ray
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Upper Endoscopy
Based on the test result a proper diagnosis will be made.
