Question : hi I've been having chest pains all day and now I feel dizzy resting doesn't relieve it I've got history of pericarditis also lymph nodes below collar bone on chest swollen I've also been fatigued

I am sorry for being unable to respond earlier. You may try taking sorbitrate (isosorbide dinitrate) and see if you get relief. Another medicine that I would suggest is prilosec (omeprazole). Both are available over the counter. See if you get relief. It is not possible to determine the appropriate intervention without careful clinical evaluation. For you it could mean a life-and-death scenario. I will still urge you to get yourself checked by a doctor. That is very important.
