What Causes Chest Pain Before Bowel Movement?

Question: I've been experiencing chest pain before bowel movements. I can't pin point the pain and it's a sharp pain. I've seen several cardiologist not long ago and I have superventricular tachycardia and leaky valves. I'm also not on any medications. what could this be? and should I be worried?
