Question : I'm having chest pain and continuous burping and very gasey pain seems to come and go.

Your symptoms are most suggestive of gastritis.
Gastritis occur due to the increased acid secretions irritating the stomach lining. Gastritis is treated with antacids like Zantac.

But since you are a 50 year old male, I would like to rule out any cardiac cuses of chest pain particularly coronary artery disease before initiating treatment for gastritis .
ECG is required at this time to rule out cardiac issues.

I recommend that you go the emergency room to get ECG done.
