What Causes Chest Pain, Fatigue And Numbness Inside The Mouth?

Question: I have been experiencing pain on the right side of my neck that radiates up to my ear and down to my clavicle bone and shoulder. I am also having chest pain, fatigue, runny nose, and numbness of the inside of my mouth that doesn't go away this has been going on for about a year. I have seen a neurologist he ordered a MRI of the cervical spine the test results concluded that i had scattered small cervical chain enlarged lymph nodes with the right side jugulodigastric lymph node being the larger one which is the side I've been having the trouble with. My blood work was mostly fine but chloride level was 122 kind of high and co2 level venous was low. I have no infections however, the doctor did prescribe antibiotics which have not helped any of my symptoms I'm very concerned and just want to figure this out my MRI scan did indicate that the enlarged lymph nodes could be reactive or neoplastic in nature.

Suggestions
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank for your response.
I have read your report.
There are 2 suggestions as there are 2 problems in the mri.
First your symptoms are due to the straightening of the spine that has been noted.
I would suggest prescription for pregabalin and methylcobalamin and physiotherapy in this respect.
This would help your symptoms.
The other issue is lymph node enlargement.
This would ideally need lymph node fnac and biopsy.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal
