What Causes Chest Pain On Walking?
Question: I experience chest pain on walking 250 steps. I can delay the onset of the pain by taking 3 puffs of albuterol but it only delays the onset. The pain is also alev iated by nitroglycerin sublingually 1 tablet.
I have been evaluated by a cardiologist, and Gastroenterologist and am currently seeing a pulmonologist who has increased my advair dose to the maximum dosage. My cardiologist states that it is not my heart. The Endoscopic results were negative.

Looking at your history, it seems you may be suffering from Chronic pulmonary obstructive disease with all the other ailments.
Though alleviation of pain , after use of nitroglycerine do indicate cardiac insufficiency.
All these combine together give rise to the symptoms you are experiencing.
At the same time please take care of your diet, small and frequent,it should be plenty of protein, carbohydrate as advised, vegetables for fiber content , plenty of water, and you should have vitamins supplements.
If constipation you should take mild laxatives.
You can also see a dietitian for help.
Your condition should definitely improve when condition of your heart and lungs improve.
