Question : My daughter XXXXXXX ran into something that gave her a severe rash while gardening. She went to urgent care today. They gave her some kind of cortisone shot and sent her home with Prednizone which she started this evening. She is now having chest pain. Should she go to emergency?

If the chest pain is not localised to the left side and there is no breathing difficulty then probably it's muscular pain and you don't need to worry.
Ask your child where exactly is the pain.
